Fees & registration
Registration for the conference will open on March 5, once the abstract review process is completed. In the meantime, below you will find the participation fee structure and the preliminary program:
- June 2 will be dedicated to the Summer School, which will be open only to PhD students accepted by the organizing committee.
- The conference will take place from June 3 to June 4.
- Non-presenting attendees, including institutional actors, industry professionals, NGOs, and students, may attend the sessions, subject to registration according to the fee schedule below.
- PhD students selected for the Summer School will benefit from the "PhD students and early-career researchers" rate.
- The fees include access to all conference sessions, including parallel sessions (in English), plenary sessions, and the roundtable discussion (in French/English), as well as coffee breaks and the closing cocktail.
- Access to lunches, the gala dinner, and the cultural activity depends on the type of registration chosen.
- Dietary preferences: both vegetarian and non-vegetarian menus will be available.

Limited to 200 registrations.
*Doctoral students selected for the summer school will have access to all three days of registration. For other participants, only the 3rd and 4th days will be included. Young non-tenured researchers (who have defended their thesis ≤ 3 years ago) are also eligible.
