Instructions to authors

We invite you to submit your contributions to the upcoming conference. Below you will find instructions for submitting your scientific papers, academic posters, and contributions for the "Bioeconomy in Action".

1. Scientific Papers

  • Abstract only: 1 to 2 pages, maximum 1600 words.
  • Language : English

    Minimal Guidelines for a Working Paper Submission

     

    • Format: A4 (210 × 297 mm)

    • Margins: 2.5 cm all around

    • Font: Times New Roman, 12 pt for body text

    • Line spacing: 1.5

    • First-line indent: 1 cm

    • Section headings:

      • Level 1: 14 pt, bold

      • Level 2: 12 pt, bold

    • Alignment: Justified

    • Page numbering: Bottom right, 10 pt

    • References: Chicago author–date style, single spacing, hanging indent of 1 cm — available via EndNote, Zotero, Mendeley, and at https://www.zotero.org/styles?q=chicago

     

2. Academic Posters

  • Abstract: Submit an abstract of 1600 words.
  • Poster format: A0 size (portrait), to be submitted in PDF format. The author is responsible for printing and presenting it at the conference.
  • Language : English

3. Contribution for "Bioeconomy in Action"

  • Abstract: 1 to 2 pages, maximum 1600 words.
  • Language : English
